Roasted Clams

Soak the clams in salt water for about 2 hours, let them spit out the mud and sand

Brush the soaked clams and spread them on a baking tray lined with tin foil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

Roast until all the clams are open and take it out
5.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper and chopped coriander.
