The wing roots are super delicious. I don’t have enough to eat. This method must be collected. This is the most convenient and easy-to-use recipe. My little girl loves it so much!

Roasted Cumin Chicken Wing Root

1. Prepare a fresh chicken wing root, wash it, and control water for later use

2. Add all the seasonings: ginger, cut into small pieces and put into small pieces, add peppercorns, salt, sugar, cumin spicy seasoning...

3. Grab it with your hands for a minute or two

4. Put it in the fresh-keeping box and keep it in the refrigerator, and let it marinate overnight

5. Take it out the next day and put it in a microwave oven, in a special dish

6. Put it in the microwave on high heat for five minutes

7. It can be taken out when it is about seven or eight mature, and it is ready to be taken out after the color changes.

8. Cover with yellow breadcrumbs while hot

9. The picture is evenly wrapped like this

10. They are evenly wrapped and placed in a baking tray lined with greased paper

11. Put it in the oven at 220 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, no need to preheat

12. Baked, ready, take out, want to eat

13. Baby's little hand

14. Cumin seeds

15. Come to eat

Tips:

1: The wing root tastes good mainly because the marinating time takes a long time to taste.\n2: Use the microwave to bite it until it is half-cooked. The moisture and grease are forced out first, so that the skin will be crispy when it is roasted.\n3: The temperature of the oven is different. It is recommended that you use a high fire to bake it. The time depends on the state of the wing roots\n\n
