Ingredients

Roasted Duck Blood with Sauerkraut

1. Prepare the accessories in advance (wash the bagged sauerkraut twice with water to remove excess salt)

2. Wash the bean sprouts and remove the water

3. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic cloves until fragrant

4. Add hot sauce and stir fry until fragrant (you can also use hot pot ingredients or hot pot ingredients instead)

5. Add sauerkraut and stir fry for sour taste

6. Add a large bowl of water, add duck blood and deliver to boil

7. Add the ham, simmer for 5 minutes (you can add a proper amount of it to taste very fresh)

8. Add millet and simmer for 2 minutes

9. Add bean sprouts and continue to simmer for two minutes and bring out of the pot (there is no salt, the salt in the spicy sauce and sauerkraut is enough)
