Roasted Duck Leg in Honey Sauce
1.
Wash the duck legs and make a small hole with a fork.
2.
Sprinkle in salt and massage for five minutes.
3.
Pour the cooking wine, massage evenly and refrigerate for half an hour.
4.
Sprinkle with special marinade.
5.
Sprinkle with pepper and knead evenly
6.
Put the star anise and cinnamon on it, knead it evenly, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
7.
Take half a bowl of honey, add half a spoon of white vinegar and mix thoroughly
8.
Use a brush to carefully brush the honey water on the duck legs.
9.
Wrap the areas that are easy to batter with tin foil, place a baking pan with tin foil on the bottom of the oven to pick up the sauce, bake the net at 200 degrees, and turn over with honey water every 20 minutes, and bake for a total of one hour.
Tips:
If the honey water is dilute, you can also cool the duck legs for a while after brushing the duck legs to let the juice flow down a little, otherwise there will be smoke in the oven when the juice flows too much when roasting.
