Roasted Duck Leg in Honey Sauce

Blanch the duck legs after washing;

Wash the foam;

After cooling, pour some cooking wine and spread evenly;

Brush with honey;

Brush another layer of light soy sauce;

Middle layer (lower slag tray), heat up to 180°C, lower to 220°C, 40 minutes;

In the meantime, take out the duck legs and brush with light soy sauce (I blended the light soy sauce and honey together);

Brush again

The last time I simply brushed honey, in order to make the finished product brighter;
