Roasted Duck Legs with Sauce

Prepare two duck legs.

Boil the duck legs in a hot pot under cold water.
3.
Make another soy sauce, cooking wine, spicy sauce and ginger juice.
4.
Wrap the blanched duck legs in a layer of soy sauce.
5.
Put it all in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for a night or a day.
6.
Place the delicious duck legs in a roasting pan.
7.
Bake at 230 degrees for 30 minutes.
8.
Bake for 15 minutes and brush with a layer of sauce.
9.
Continue to bake for another 15 minutes.

The baking time and temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven.
