Don’t eat braised stew, stew, or stir-fry. Recently, the kid loves roasted meat. Okay, let's bake two legs for the father and son today, one for snacks and the other for wine. It's so proper to make life more enjoyable.

Roasted Duck Legs with Sauce

1. Prepare two duck legs.

2. Boil the duck legs in a hot pot under cold water.

3. Make another soy sauce, cooking wine, spicy sauce and ginger juice.

4. Wrap the blanched duck legs in a layer of soy sauce.

5. Put it all in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for a night or a day.

6. Place the delicious duck legs in a roasting pan.

7. Bake at 230 degrees for 30 minutes.

8. Bake for 15 minutes and brush with a layer of sauce.

9. Continue to bake for another 15 minutes.

Tips:

The baking time and temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven.
