My friend gave a big fish, divided into three sections to make, this time made the fish head, very delicious.

Roasted Fish Head

1. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside

2. Wash the fish head and cut in half

3. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

4. Put the fish head in a low heat and fry it, turn it over and fry it

5. Add an appropriate amount of water, add the very fresh soy sauce

6. Add cooking wine

7. Add braised sauce

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and cook on medium high heat until the soup is thick

Tips:
