This garlic salt roasted okra is a method I personally like very much. I always feel that salt can best reflect the authentic taste of the ingredients. Add a small amount of ground black pepper, an appropriate amount of garlic, and fry on low heat. Kwai can change color to slightly yellow. The taste is salty and fresh, coupled with the unique smooth taste of okra, it is delicious.

3. Cut an appropriate amount of garlic slices. If you like the spicy taste, put two dried chilies. Sit in a hot oil pan, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, without waiting for the oil to heat up, then add garlic slices and dried chilies and stir fry.

5. Then grind the right amount of salt and put it in, don't stir fry, stir the pot, stir fry will make the seeds in the okra fry out, the pot is much better, just a few clicks
