Roasted Oysters
1.
Chop garlic, onion, and white onion. Garlic can be flattened with a knife and then minced. Start the frying pan, add more oil, add the scallions and onions, and fry it in a small amount after opening the fire.
2.
When the aroma of onion and shallots are all out, add half of the minced garlic and fry on low heat until golden brown.
3.
Add the remaining half of the minced garlic to the pot, fry until the aroma comes out, add ginger garlic powder, steamed fish soy sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning. Add a little sugar to make it fresh.
4.
After washing the oysters, drizzle with lemon juice, and use a small spoon to spread the garlic all over the oysters. Preheat the oven, heat up and down at 170°, bake for about 8-10 minutes, depending on the size, and finally garnish with coriander.
