Roasted Peanuts
1.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, with the shiny side facing up;
2.
Add peanut kernels to an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and mix well;
3.
Spread the evenly mixed peanuts on the baking tray;
4.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes;
5.
Halfway through the roasting time (7-8 minutes), turn on the oven and stir the peanuts, just like turning the peanuts over, so that the peanuts will be roasted more evenly;
6.
After 15 minutes, take out the peanuts, sprinkle with salt and mix well.
Tips:
1. The roasting with oil here is to directly roast the current wine and other dishes; if roasting peanuts as a filling for food, do not put oil and salt;
2. Freshly roasted peanuts are not crispy, they must be cooled before they are crispy!
