Roasted Pecans with Sea Salt

Prepare ingredients.

Put pecans and almond trees in a pot.

Sprinkle with a pinch of sea flower salt.

Add another teaspoon of water, not too much,

Grab the kernels with water and salt with your hands. Just moisten the skin of the kernels with water.

Put it in an air fryer or oven. If you use an oven, just spread the nuts with only one layer, so that the heat is even.

There is no need to preheat, just use 180 degrees, 13-15 minutes, the air fryer will automatically stir to make them evenly heated. Please put a layer of tin foil on the baking tray of the oven, and flip it once or twice during the baking process.

Tips:
1 The nuts will also use the oil contained in them to heat themselves at the end of roasting, so just roast them until they are slightly yellow.
2 Don't use too coarse-grained salt. I use sea flower salt, which is slightly coarser. If not, please use stir-frying salt.
