Roasted Plum Meat with Cranberry Sauce
1.
For homemade cranberry barbecue sauce, please refer to my recipe for detailed instructions.
2.
The picture shows 2 catties of plum meat. I cut into five pieces and took two of them, 400g.
3.
Use a toothpick to make more holes in the meat for the sauce to taste, pour in the cranberry barbecue sauce and marinate overnight.
4.
Take a piece of tin foil long enough, spread it on a baking tray, and put the marinated plum meat on it.
5.
Fold in half, fold up the opening on the three sides and seal it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 40 minutes.
6.
Take out the baking tray, open the tin foil bag, pour out the soup, move the baking tray to the upper layer at 180 degrees and bake for 5-8 minutes to color, after taking it out, brush a layer of honey water to moisturize.
Tips:
1. Before marinating the meat, pierce holes in the meat to make it easier to taste.
2. The baking method of wrapping tin foil is that you don't want to wash the grilling net, it is only for lazy people, for reference only.
3. Don't go away when the last coloring is done, pay attention to the coloring situation. The oven temperatures are all different, so if the meat is scorched in the last few minutes, so much effort will be wasted.
