Roasted Pork

Cut the pork belly and dried shiitake into slices, soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water for 20 minutes, cut the garlic into sections, and prepare the other ingredients

Stir-fry slowly over low heat until the sugar has completely melted and the layer is brown, add the sliced pork belly and stir fry

Stir-fry the fat slowly over low heat, and the surface is slightly yellowed, add ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, dried chili and stir-fry together

After stir-frying the aroma, add the cooking wine

Then add the shiitake mushrooms and the water soaked in the shiitake mushrooms and boil it

Cover and turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes

Add in dried fragrant and cook for another ten minutes
