Roasted Pork Belly

Wash the pork belly. Cut into thin slices with skin. Just cut along the texture.

Add cooking wine. Salt and pepper, five-spice powder, barbecue powder. A little sesame oil. repeatedly. Stir well. Finally, cut the onion into fine diced pieces. Marinate with the meat for more than an hour.

Cover the baking tray with tin foil. Brush a thin layer of rapeseed oil on the foil, and then spread the marinated pork belly piece by piece with chopsticks. Brush the pork belly with a thin layer of rapeseed oil.

Preheat the oven at 200° for five minutes. Then adjust to 180°. Fire up and down for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take out the baking tray and turn over the pork belly. Brush with a thin layer of oil, sprinkle with cumin powder, and continue to bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Get some barbecue sauce for dipping and it's delicious

Sprinkle chili noodles on those who like to eat chili. Add chili noodles when putting cumin powder.
