Roasted Pork Pork with Root and Radish

Prepare the ingredients, wash the pink kudzu, peel off the skin, and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into equal pieces.

1. Pueraria lobata is also known as wild puerariae, deer huo, huangjin, chicken qigen, dried pueraria lobata, ganko, pueraria lobata, and pueraria lobata.
2. There is no pork loin, and pork bones can be used instead.
