Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients

Drain the ribs out

Put in rapeseed oil, stir-fry the ribs after the oil is hot.

Stir-fry the ground ginger with watercress and fragrant.

Add spices and dried sea pepper. Cook the ribs for about 40 minutes

Add potatoes
7.
Just cook the potatoes and just pick up the juice
Tips:
I like this dish to have a stronger hemp flavor. So the pepper is put a bit heavier. No garlic is added.
