Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

1. Chop ribs into small pieces, boil in water to change color, remove, rinse and drain.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, soak them in water for a while.

3. Heat the wok, add the blanched ribs and stir-fry until golden brown, add the chopped bean paste and minced ginger, stir-fry, and fry the aroma. Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir well.

4. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to a boil, add aniseed and pepper. Cover and reduce to low heat for 20 minutes until the ribs are crispy.
