Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Wash the ribs, chop the pieces, and add some sliced ginger to the pot under cold water.

After the water is boiled, skim the foam, pour the cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Potatoes can be processed while the ribs are being cooked, peeled and cut into pieces for later use.

Shred the ginger, cut the Chaotian pepper into circles, and then make a bowl of juice—pepper, thirteen incense, oil, bean paste, soybean paste, light soy sauce.

Remove the blanched ribs with cold water, drain them, heat the wok and add oil, pour the ribs and stir-fry until the surface is slightly charred, add the ginger and chili rings and continue to stir fry.
