Roasted Pumpkin Ribs
1.
Prepare the ingredients first.
2.
Soak the ribs in clean water and change the water two or three times. Wash away the blood.
3.
Drain the ribs and add 10 grams of steak seasoning to mix well. Seal it in the refrigerator and marinate for more than 1 hour.
4.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into thick pieces. Shabu oil on the bottom of the baking pan and put pumpkin cubes on it.
5.
Lay out the marinated ribs.
6.
Preheat the oven, and bake up and down, 200 degrees, on the second floor. Bake for 20 minutes.
7.
Take 15 grams of beef sauce powder, and about 3 times the water.
8.
Cook on low heat until thick.
9.
After 20 minutes, take out the ribs, turn them over, drizzle or rinse the sauce. You can save some for later use.
10.
Then put it into the preheated oven at 210 degrees, and bake it with hot air for 10 minutes. Blanch the broccoli.
11.
Take out the broccoli after roasting.
12.
Just drizzle with sauce.
Tips:
1. The barbecue ingredients are added or subtracted with the saltiness you like.
2. If the sauce powder is not enough, add some oyster sauce, water starch and cook until thick.
3. Use broccoli for decoration. Some are better with some.
4. You can rinse some honey if you like sweet ones.
