Seeing that there are people selling baked steamed buns in the market, I have always wanted to buy one to try. After thinking about it, I decided to make baked buns by myself. I also added red bean paste to make it into the shape of a rose, which is beautiful and delicious. "

Roasted Rose Buns

1. Add 20 grams of purple potato powder to 150ml of water and mix thoroughly.

2. 300 grams of self-rising flour + 10 grams of milk powder + 10 grams of white sugar, mix the noodles with purple sweet potato juice.

3. Use the'baozi' stall of the ACA bread machine to mix and ferment the noodles.

4. Then use 300 grams of self-rising flour + 10 grams of milk powder + 10 grams of sugar, and use 140ml of water to form the dough

5. This raw dough is put into the oven to ferment. (In this way, two kinds of dough can be fermented at the same time)

6. When making the dough, roll the red bean paste into small filling hearts.

7. The dough is ready.

8. Divide the dough into about 40 grams of ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.

9. Take out a small dough and roll it out into thin round pieces.

10. Cut into 4 pieces, don't cut off. Put red bean paste in the middle.

11. Wrap one piece of red bean paste in a standing position.

12. The symmetrical corners are similarly wrapped together.

13. Pack 4 pieces and arrange them into a rose shape.

14. Put it in the baking tray.

15. Do them one by one.

16. Put it in the oven for another 20 minutes of fermentation.

17. Preheat the oven at 175°. Heat up and down, roast the middle layer for 25-30 minutes. Observe at any time, don't get burnt. The edge of the rose flower is easy to color, so please note that you can cover it with tin foil if necessary.

18. After baking, quickly apply a layer of butter to brighten it up.

19. Baked steamed buns are very successful. If you don’t like bread, you can try this baked bun.

Tips:

Baked steamed buns, like toasted bread, must undergo a second fermentation, but the time is shorter. The freshly baked dough is burnt on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside.
