Roasted Sweet Potato
1.
Wash the sweet potato, wipe off the water or let it dry naturally.
2.
Put the sweet potatoes on the grill, and put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray to prevent the dripping oil from getting into the oven when the sweet potatoes are baked.
3.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, set to preheat for 10 minutes. After preheating, put the sweet potatoes on the grill and put the baking tray underneath. Adjust the upper and lower tubes to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes. After roasting for 20 minutes, turn the sweet potato over and continue roasting for 30 minutes. Adjust the upper and lower tubes to 180°C. When the time is up, don't turn on the oven, let the remaining temperature of the oven bake the sweet potatoes.
4.
The skin of the roasted sweet potato will not be damaged, and the skin of the sweet potato will become dry and flat when pressed by your fingers. This is because the moisture in the sweet potato has been roasted. At this time, it tastes fragrant and sweet, and it is still very soft.

Tips:
The average weight of the sweet potatoes I buy is about 90g to 130g, and the baking time is about 50 minutes. Wash the sweet potatoes before roasting and dry them. When you bake, you have to turn the noodles once so that the bake is more even.
