Roasted Sweet Potato Strips

The sweet potatoes are cleaned, and the dirt and dirt on the surface are removed.

Use a planer to remove the skin of the sweet potato, and use a knife to dig out the bad parts,

Then cut the sweet potato in half horizontally, then cut it vertically into slices, about 8mm thick, and then cut into sweet potato strips. This saves time for roasting. Unlike the whole sweet potato that needs to be roasted for a long time, the sweet potato strips should be cut evenly thick. In this way, it can be cooked together when it is baked, so that some of it will not be battered, and some will be raw.

Put a piece of tin foil on the grill and place the sweet potato strips on it.

Preheat the oven, fire up and down, 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes. If you extend a little time, you can bake it a little bit more crisply, but don’t bake it for too long.

You can taste it right out of the oven, or you can dip it in some tomato sauce or other sauces to eat together.
Tips:
Roasted sweet potato strips are recommended to be eaten the same day after roasting. After being left, it is not as delicious as freshly roasted, it will become soft and taste not good enough.
