Roasted Sweet Potato with Milk Flavor

Prepare two sweet potatoes. (I increase the amount).

Put the steamer on the stove and add water, wash and cut the sweet potatoes in half, and put them in the pot.

Cover the pot.

Steam it over high heat until the chopsticks can poke into the sweet potatoes and they are already cooked.

Take out the steamed sweet potato and let it cool. Use a spoon to scrape out the sweet potato meat. Don't throw away the sweet potato shell. (Be careful not to scrape the skin of the sweet potato meat)

Add a teaspoon of sugar, fresh cream and milk to the scooped sweet potato meat, mix well and knead.

Then fill the mashed sweet potato into the sweet potato shell and smooth it out.

Arrange into the baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, put the sweet potatoes into the middle of the oven, and bake them at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes before they are out of the oven.

Finished product ~ glutinous, sweet and delicious π (I have a little cheese left, so I just put in sweet potatoes and bake it, please ignore)
Tips:
If you donβt like sweets, you can omit the sugar. I think the sweetness is just right.
