1. I bought a box of small sweet potatoes with Crazy.
2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut off both ends.
3. Put tin foil on the baking tray and put in the washed sweet potatoes (the sweet potatoes are half as big as they are)
4. The oven is heated up and down at 170℃ for about 40 minutes in the middle level (time and temperature are for reference only)
5. The caramel is baked.
