Roasted Sweet Potatoes
1.
The newly received casserole does not need to be washed with water, just wipe it with a wrung out wet towel or paper towel.
2.
Wash the sweet potatoes and wipe dry.
3.
Lay two layers of tin foil on the casserole. The tin foil is placed in a cross shape, and the edge should extend to the outside of the pot body. This is to better drain the excess water vapor out of the pot.
4.
Put the sweet potatoes in the pot
5.
First fire for about 20 minutes (depending on the size of the sweet potato)
6.
Turn the sweet potatoes over and turn to low heat for about 20 minutes.
7.
Insert the center of the sweet potato with chopsticks. If it can be pierced smoothly, it means it is cooked. If you don’t like the burnt black on the surface, then put a grill under the tin foil~ I like the grilled ones with a burnt aroma, so there is no grill, and the sweet potatoes are baked directly in the pot~
Tips:
The sweet potato should be well-proportioned in size~
Ordinary casserole is not recommended to try this way~
