Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This is grown by my cousin, specially selected for me. The picture shows two varieties of sweet potatoes.

Rinse it with clean water, without wiping the water dry, and put it directly on the baking tray lined with tin foil. Laying tin foil on the baking tray is easy to clean, because the sweet potato oil will be produced during the baking of good quality sweet potatoes.

Put it in the middle layer of the empty box, heat up to 220 and lower to 210 and bake for about 60 minutes. (The temperature is only for reference)

It's like the picture above for about forty minutes, turn it over and continue to bake. I like to eat hot ones. (According to the temperature of your own oven)

Don't worry about being unfamiliar in this state after turning it over, it must be familiar. (If you are not sure, you can wear cotton gloves and press it to soften it)

Sweet potato oil left over after roasting sweet potatoes. Sweet potato oil is also delicious

Tips:
The temperature should be adjusted according to the size of the sweet potatoes in your own oven.
The washed sweet potatoes do not need to be wiped dry, which is better controlled and delicious.
If there is no oven, the microwave oven will also save time and taste slightly different.
