Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Use a small brush to gently brush off the fine sand and soil on the surface of the sweet potato, drain the water and set aside

Put the sweet potatoes in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

Turn the sweet potatoes over after 30 minutes
