Roasted Sweet Potatoes——roasted Sweet Potatoes

Two smaller sweet potatoes, wash clean, do not need to dry water

Wrap the cleaned sweet potatoes with old newspapers, pour water on the newspapers, and let the newspapers soak. Put in the baking tray

Preheat the oven at 250°, middle level, upper and lower fire, 80 minutes. Turn it over three times in the middle. After the heating is stopped, place in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes before coming out. (The roasting time depends on the size of the sweet potato. Press it with chopsticks and it will be soft. You can't see the honey juice and the burnt part through the newspaper, so you don't have to wait for the newspaper to burn.)

Tips:
1. For sweet potatoes, you should choose the red heart. Needless to say, there is too much talk.
2. It is a key to wrap sweet potatoes with wet newspaper and enter the oven
3. Although your oven comes with a grilling net, it is best to use a baking tray for roasting sweet potatoes, so that the side that touches the baking tray will have a sweet honey juice! (*^__^*) Hehe...
The last two points were obtained through my own practice. The first time I roasted sweet potatoes without newspapers, the skin was very thick and the inside was a bit dry. It was baked on the grill, and it didn't look like it was burnt this time.
