Roasted Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes and minced meat (pick the hind leg meat, and the meat stall will help it).

Minced garlic + chopped green onion and put in the meat.

Stir-fry the pork in a frying pan, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little white pepper, and a little ginger powder when the meat is fragrant. Put down the tofu and stir fry, add half a bowl of water and simmer, simmer on medium heat for about 3 minutes, thicken and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
