Roasted Trotters

1. Wash pig's feet blanched

2. Pour in the prepared spices and marinate for 3 hours

3. Brush oil on the skin of the marinated trotters

4. Sprinkle with chili, cumin, sesame seeds and wrap in tin foil

5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
