Tips:
1. Buy sweet potato and let it dry for a few days, and then roast it after taking away the moisture.
2. Put the baking tray in the oven on the lower layer first, move it up to the middle and lower layer after 10 minutes, then move it to the middle layer after 10 minutes, and cover with tin foil.
3. If the sweet potato is softer after roasting, it can be covered with tin foil. I added tin foil after baking for 20 minutes.
