Rock Sugar Loquat

First of all, you have to have fresh and beautiful loquats, which are picked directly from the tree. You can choose the more fleshy loquat, the larger loquat, it doesn’t matter whether it’s sour.

Then peel the loquat, remove the seeds, separate the petals, and tear off the film inside the flesh,

I bought a bottle that can hold two catties of wine. The loquat looks too much, but it peels less. Putting it in layers is because the sugar can maintain the color and quality of the flesh. The loquat will melt when it meets the rock sugar, so it’s best to put it inside. Remove the film,

It melted like this after a day. It was actually quite speechless. I got half a bottle. The loquat pulp hasn't completely melted. You can drink it in about a week or two. It is sweet and greasy if you rinse it with water or drink it directly.
Tips:
Rock candy loquats can actually be boiled. I’m a lazy person, so I just pickle them and drink them when I have a cold or cough. The older generations say they are useful, but they can be drunk if they are useless. It is beneficial and harmless.
