Two pears, 8-10 rock sugar, 6-8 wolfberry

Cut at a quarter, and set aside the cut pear cover

Dig out the pear core (I dug with a small spoon)

Put goji berries (3-4 pieces) and rock sugar (4-5 pieces), put them in a clean small bowl, and put back the pear cover that was just cut off

Put water in the steamer, put the pears, and steam for about 40 minutes (depending on the size of the pears, the one I use is smaller)
6.
It is recommended to drink the soup first before eating the pears
