Rock Sugar Sydney
1.
Materials are prepared and ready for use.
2.
Wash the loquat leaves and use a small brush to clean the small fluff on the back.
3.
Cut into small pieces, put it in the pot, add a lot of water, add a lot of old rock sugar (I put two large pieces, super large)
4.
Simmer until the juice of the loquat leaves comes out and when the color turns brown, add Sydney
5.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly, and simmer until the soup becomes less and the Sydney pear is soft and rotten. The chopsticks can be easily pierced through.
6.
Finished product.
Tips:
Choose dark green loquat leaves, not too tender or too old.
Rock candy should choose old rock candy, not the kind of single crystal rock candy.
Don't think that you put too much rock candy. Think about the loquat cough syrup you want to buy. It's simply amazing.
Relieving cough and moisturizing the lungs has a certain effect, but it cannot replace drugs.
