Rock Sugar Sydney

Wash and peel the Sydney pears, and peel them from the upper third to form the top cover. Use a small spoon to dig out the middle pear core, add rock sugar and wolfberry.

Put the Sydney pears in a steamer over water and cover them.

Steam for 15-20 minutes.

2. If you want the finished product to look good, goji berries can be put in the last few minutes for a more vivid color.
