Rock Sugar Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredients and wash the tomatoes.

The washed tomatoes are blanched in boiling water for a while, and then peeled and stalked. Crush it with your hands.

Add rock sugar according to your own taste and let it stand until the rock sugar melts. It tastes better when stored in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Use a knife to make a cross on the top of the tomato, and the skin will fall off very easily after being scalded.
Be sure to wash your hands before making it. I have made it with a cooking stick, and it is not delicious.
