Rock Sugar White Date
1.
Cut four seams of white dates with scissors and set aside

Cut the white jujube and put it in a pot, like a bowl of water, and cook on high heat (without covering the pot)

Pour all the remaining three bowls of water after the water boils
4.
Add rock sugar, as much as you like, (I added 3 pieces)
5.
Cover the pot, turn to low heat and cook until the rock sugar melts
6.
After the rock sugar has melted, open the lid, turn to medium heat, and boil dry, so that the rock sugar sticks to the white dates
7.
Firing like this is almost the same
