Romance Coffee Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature, and stir well with a whisk

Add powdered sugar and continue to beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume is enlarged

Add the egg whites in portions, stir thoroughly after each addition, and then add another time until all of them are added, so that the butter and egg whites are completely fused

Add 1/2 teaspoon of boiling water to dissolve the coffee powder, pour it into the whipped butter, and then add a few drops of vanilla extract

Continue to stir until it becomes a homogeneous coffee butter paste

Mix low-gluten flour with almond flour and pour it into the beaten coffee butter paste. Use a spatula to mix the flour and butter evenly to form a cookie batter
