Rooted Minced Meat Rolls

Take 1/3 carrots, peeled and diced

Stir the ingredients into the minced meat. The meat had to be taken out in advance and defrosted. It was too late today. I used the microwave oven to defrost the defrosting stage, but there was a circle next to it...

Stir the diced carrots into the minced meat

Take 4 pieces of rotten clothes and place them on the cutting board, and spread the materials evenly on them. You can choose a few pieces of rotten clothes at your own discretion. Everyone likes the thickness to be different, but don't be too thin, which is easy to break.

Use chopsticks to help roll up

After the water is boiled, steam for 15-20 minutes in a pot. Note that there may be water on the steaming rack here, making the rotting clothes stick to the steaming rack. Take care not to break it when you take it out.

After letting cool slightly, cut into thick sections.
Tips:
1. The meat must be spread evenly on the rotten clothes, otherwise it will tend to crook and loosen when rolled.
2. Use a chopstick to help when you take it out, and don't let the roll break.
