Beans with Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, pick them, and wash them. Remove the tender beans, break them into small pieces, and wash. Wash the rotten clothes, wax skin and green onion and set aside

Boil water, cook the beans and enoki mushrooms, remove and cool for later use. Put the waxy skin and rot for a minute, remove it and let it cool for later use.

Cut the curd skin and the rot-cloth into pieces, shred the green onion, and mix with the beans and enoki mushrooms. Add a proper amount of very fresh, salt, and sesame oil. Mix evenly and form a plate
