Although it has been a long time since I have eaten the rotten clothes made in a small workshop, the delicious ones always have a mouthful. No, the neighbor’s grandmother brought a lot of rotten clothes when they returned to their hometown. They were all made by the farmer. And I can buy them anytime. Knowing that I like to eat this, my grandma will bring me a few copies every time I go back.

Cold Rot

1. Scald the rotten clothes in boiling water

2. Quickly fished out the cold water

3. Tear into small pieces with your hands and put them on a plate, add oily chili

4. Add soy sauce

5. After mixing well, add minced garlic, sprinkle in cooked sesame seeds and chives

Tips:

1. This rot coat is very thin, it must be taken out quickly after passing the water, or it is not easy to rot
2. The sesame must be cooked, or it has a raw taste
3. Put the condiments as you like
