Rose Apple Pie
1.
Soften the butter in advance (soften at room temperature, don't melt). Mix the caster sugar with the flour.
2.
Put the flour in the butter.
3.
Put on gloves and knead the softened butter and flour into a look similar to corn flour.
4.
Then slowly add milk, knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
5.
Wash the apple, cut into pieces, and then cut into evenly thin slices (not too thick).
6.
Mix water, honey, and sugar. Slightly boil, add apple slices and heat. When the sugar water becomes viscous, add a spoonful of cinnamon powder and stir evenly, then cook until the apple slices become soft (the cinnamon powder plays a role in enhancing the flavor and fragrance, no or not. Don't let this smell off).
7.
Like this, cook until the apple slices can be easily bent over.
8.
Take out the dough that has just stood still and round it.
9.
Divide 12 small pieces of dough into equal parts. Roll into an olive shape. I used 12 continuous molds, so I divided them into 12 parts. Squash the olive-shaped jelly and roll it into a double-length dough.
10.
Arrange the cooked apple slices in a ladder order. Leave space under the dough.
11.
Fold up from the bottom, don't completely wrap the apple slices.
12.
Roll up from left to right.
13.
A very delicate rose is just fine.
14.
The rest are rolled up in turn and put into the mold.
15.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. After the roasted rose apples have cooled slightly, sift the powdered sugar evenly.
16.
Is it beautiful? I like it very much, how about you?
Tips:
1. Try to choose a crisper apple, so that it will be soft and tough and not easy to break.
2. The amount of water for cooking apples may be added according to the situation.
3. Add cinnamon powder according to personal preference.
4. My oven is Galanz, with mild firepower. The temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only.
