Rose Beauty Red Date Cream

After washing the red dates, soak them in water for 20 minutes

Weigh the roses, rose flowers and wolfberry, dry clean the mixed scented tea, add 200 grams of water to the pot and soak for 10 minutes.

. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the soup turns brown. Decant the boiled soup and place it in a clean container. Then add 200 grams of water to the remaining slag liquid, repeat the boiling three times, and after three times of boiling, the rose wolfberry soup is obtained.

After cooling the red dates, core them and set aside

Add the pitted red dates and the boiled scented tea juice (take two-thirds) to the cooking machine and stir and crush.

Pour the remaining one-third of the rose water and jujube paste into a non-stick pan and boil over high heat

After the jujube paste is boiled, add brown sugar and continue to simmer on a low heat. Stir clockwise while boiling to avoid sticking to the pot.

Boil for about 30 minutes until the paste is thick. After scooping up the paste, it will fall slowly, and the lines will disappear slowly.

Let the red date paste cool slightly, and put it into a clean, water- and oil-free glass bottle while the paste is relatively warm and has a certain degree of fluidity.

After the paste is thoroughly allowed to cool, pour 1 spoon of maltose or honey on top to prevent the finished product from spoiling. Finally, seal it and put it in the refrigerator.
