It's almost Valentine's Day. He Cai Chong Xue made this biscuit to celebrate. Years ago, I was too busy with a lot of things. I made biscuits several times and used a few pieces of butter. Alas, bread buns~, my favorite, you come back soon~~~~

It was made in January, and it is only published now. This one is crispier than the almond cocoa biscuits made last time, but the taste is relatively flat. You can add a little vanilla powder or fruit powder to enhance the flavor. "

Rose Biscuits

1. 100g plain flour, a little salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 50g butter, 25g sugar, 8g dried roses, 2 tablespoons cold water.

2. The rose is slightly crushed to remove the pedicles.

3. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

4. Add butter and sugar, stir well, sift in powder and salt.

5. Add roses and water.

6. Knead into a ball....

7. Roll out into 3mm slices.

8. Use a mold to press the shape into the baking pan.

9. Put it in a preheated 175 degree oven for 20 minutes, and the surface will turn slightly yellow.

10. It looks baked.

Tips:

Don't crush the rose petals too much, they look pretty on the whole point.
