Rose Biscuits

Prepare the required materials.

Add powdered sugar to the softened butter.

Beat the butter with a whisk.

Add the egg liquid three times.

Beat until the butter and egg mixture are completely fused together

Sift into the low-gluten flour and butter.

Add 2 drops of color.

Then mix well and knead into a dough. (Now it’s hot and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour) If it’s winter, it’s fine.

Roll the kneaded dough flat, and print out small circles with a circular mold.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the middle layer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
Roll the dough gently, because the dough sticks to the rolling pin easily. If the small circle cannot be taken out after printing, you can use a spatula to easily come out with a light spatula.
The dough will be looser when you knead it, but it will form a ball after you knead it for a while.
