Prepare materials and tools.

Turn a pot on the water to a low heat and steam for 20-25 minutes.

Tips:
1. Steamed cake mix flour can be replaced with low-gluten flour. If you use low-gluten flour, you need to add appropriate amount of sugar to adjust the sweetness according to your own feeling.
2. After boiling, turn to low heat to steam to prevent the finished product from shrinking.
3. It is suitable for steamer, rice cooker and steamer.
4. Put the batter into the piping bag and then squeeze it into the mold, so that the air inside the tissue is even, there will be no too large holes and it is delicate and elastic.
