Rose Honey Glutinous Rice Lotus Root

The raw materials are shown in the picture: Peel the lotus root, and soak the glutinous rice one night in advance.

Cut off one end of the lotus root and save it for later use.

Fill the lotus root with the glutinous rice that has been soaked one by one.

The lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice and the cut lotus root head are fixed with toothpicks.

Put the lotus root in the pressure cooker, and put the lotus root in the water.

After the pressure cooker is aired, change the heat to a low heat and cook for 30 minutes. When it becomes discouraged, it can be out of the pot. Pour the rose honey juice you made when you eat it.
Tips:
1. The glutinous rice and lotus root can be eaten cold or hot. When you eat it, top it with your favorite honey juice. I use the rose honey made by myself.
2. Don't pour out the soup after boiling the lotus root. Adding honey or rock sugar is a good drink.
