Rose Milk Tea
1.
Prepare the necessary ingredients: 500ml milk, 2 bags of black tea, 20 dried roses, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, 250ml of drinking water.
2.
Add 250ml of drinking water to the small milk pot and boil on high heat. Add 10 dried roses to low heat and cook for about 3 minutes.
3.
Boil until the rose buds are soft and scented, and then add 2 packs of black tea tea bags to steep for 2 minutes.
4.
Add 500ml of milk and cook slowly over a low heat. Stir while cooking to prevent the pan from getting stuck. When it reaches a low boiling point, turn off the heat immediately.
5.
Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and stir well.
6.
Use a strainer to filter the roses and black tea bags, pour them into a cup, garnish with roses, and the rose milk tea is ready.
Tips:
1. If you find it troublesome, you can directly brew dried roses and black tea bags with boiling water, and then add milk and condensed milk or honey to make it. The advantage is that it saves time and effort, but the disadvantage is that the taste is not strong enough, and the aroma of roses and tea leaves cannot come out. .
2. I think the ratio of milk to tea is just 2:1. You can also adjust the ratio according to your taste.
3. If you don't like the smell of roses, you can choose not to put roses, it is the original milk tea.
4. Condensed milk can be replaced with honey, sugar or light cream.
5. I think black tea bags are easier, if you don’t have them, you can just use black tea to make them.
