Rose Peanut Nougat

Prepare the rose peanut nougat. Weigh the ingredients needed for the rose peanut nougat. Roast the peeled peanuts (about 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes). Use unsweetened milk powder for the milk powder

Cut the butter into chunks, pour it into a non-stick pan, heat it over low heat until it melts

Add marshmallows and continue to heat on low heat, stirring constantly

Stir-fry until the marshmallows are all melted, continue to boil for 2 minutes (decide the hardness of the sugar)

Add milk powder and continue to stir until there are no particles

Stir until no particles

Add chopped peanuts and rose petals and continue toss

Stir until agglomerates and turn off the heat

Pour the evenly mixed nougat ingredients into a baking pan supplemented with greased paper or tarp. The greaseproof cloth will flatten the sugar surface into a rectangular shape.

After letting cool completely, cut into pieces and wrap the sugar paper.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use a non-stick pan, otherwise don't cry if it sticks!
2. The whole process is heated by a small fire
3. Oilcloth and rolling pin are good tools for plastic surgery.
