Soup with Pepper
1.
Shred the kelp and tofu skin and set aside

Shred the green cabbage leaves and set aside
3.
Cut peanuts into small pieces for later use
4.
Scallion, ginger, peanuts and sauté in a frying pan
5.
Pour shredded kelp and shredded tofu, stir fry together, add water to boil
6.
Use wheat starch to thicken after boiling
7.
Add the chopped green cabbage
8.
Add salt and pepper to taste
9.
Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil.
Tips:
Add pepper according to personal preference, or add appropriate amount of vinegar for seasoning.
